• Support procurement activities including vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase order follow-ups, and documentation.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Help coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure proper handling and labeling of materials in line with company safety standards.
• Prepare regular reports on material usage, stock levels, and procurement status.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve supply chain issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Internship or national service in a similar field will also be considered.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
